About The Owner
Hi, I’m Jessica — founder of Cowtown Grazing Co., charcuterie enthusiast, and the millennial who grew up treating Lunchables like fine dining. What started as childhood snack “boards” and wine-night spreads with friends eventually grew into a true passion for creating beautiful food experiences.
After relocating to Fort Worth in 2024 to be closer to family, I traded my corporate marketing life for something more personal and joyful — building interactive grazing experiences that bring people together. Cowtown Grazing Co. was born from a love of community, creativity, and elevating the moments that matter.
Today, we serve the Fort Worth area with our signature Bottomless Charcuterie Cart, grazing tables, boards, and charcuterie cups — and we’re expanding into additional interactive stations like s'mores bars, cannoli bars, churro bars, caramel apple bars, and more.
Whether I’m crafting boards or unwinding with a good book (and a better bottle of wine), my goal is always the same: create experiences that connect people.
